ISD 192 Troubleshooting Tips for Completing the iPad Loan Agreement Through RevTrak

Below are some common troubleshooting tips to help complete the online iPad Loan Agreement versions through RevTrak https://farmington-k12.revtrak.net.
Selecting an iPad Loan Agreement Option:
Please know that there are two different iPad Loan Agreement options available in the left sidebar.
- IPAD LOAN AGREEMENT - ENROLL PLAN allows one to agree to the iPad Loan Agreement and opt to enroll in the iPad Protection Plan. The iPad Protection Plan is $35/student for the next academic year (no additional cost for coverage during the summer months) or IF one has applied for and been approved for Educational Benefits (Free/Reduced lunch program) , the enrollment cost is $0.00.
- IPAD LOAN AGREEMENT - WAIVE PLAN allows one to agree to the iPad Loan Agreement and elect to waive participation in the iPad Protection Plan. There is no fee associated with this option.
- The student ID number is not an exact match with what we have in our Student Information System, Infinite Campus.
- The student last name is not an exact match with what we have in our Student Information System, Infinite Campus.
- Attempting to sign up for an iPad Loan Agreement option for which the family is not eligible (Example: saying “Yes” to the Free/Reduced lunch program when not currently enrolled in the “Educational Benefits” program. Or, saying “no” when one has applied for and been approved for the Free/Reduced lunch program). It can also appear if you did not select your child as the one registering for the activity.
- Check the Student ID number in your Infinite Campus Portal.
- Please use your student’s full first name and complete last name(s) as we have in our student information system, Infinite Campus. "Nicknames” will not work.
- Student First Name and Last Name fields are case sensitive. The first letter of the First name and the first letter of the Last name fields must be capital letters. (Ex. Jane Doe in the screenshot below).
- If you are completing the iPad Loan Agreement – ENROLL Plan option AND you have applied for and been approved by the district for Educational Benefits (Free/Reduced lunch pricing), your only option is to select the “Yes” button.
- If you are not currently participating in the Free/Reduced lunch program and you wish to ENROLL in the iPad Protection Plan version of the iPad Loan Agreement, your only option is to select “No [Add $35.00]” button.
- Selecting the option that does not apply to your student/family will also trigger the “[Student Number] is Not Valid Student ID” error Message.
- Please make sure you are using the menu navigation options on the RevTrak screen and not the “back” and “forward” buttons of the web browser.
- Try resetting your browser’s cache.
- Try accessing RevTrak from another device or web browser.
Activity Signup:
Please double-check that you are selecting the iPad Loan Agreement version that is appropriate for your child’s current school.
After selecting the desired iPad Loan Agreement option (either to Enroll or Waive the iPad Protection Plan) and selecting the “CLICK HERE to Register for the Class” link; on the “Who are you registering?” screen, please make sure to select the name of your student not yourself (self). If you don’t create an account for your child and select your child in registering for the activity, it can cause an “invalid Student ID” error message later or prevent your child’s activity from appearing as registered with the school activity.
If your student is not yet added to your account, please use the “A New Person” button and complete the required information. Please complete as proper nouns and capitalize just the first letter of the first name and first letter of the last name(s). The account name should be the student’s official first and last name as we have it in our student information system, Infinite Campus.

Browsers May Cache Earlier Error Information:
If you had an earlier error message and the above tips did not help remedy it, the internet browser on the device you are using may be holding onto the cached data.
